These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the JoeHart Empire website and all purchases made through our platform. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. JoeHart Empire is a fragrance and personal care retailer based at Shop C20, Anambra Plaza, Trade Fair Complex, Lagos, Nigeria.
2. Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change without notice. We make every effort to ensure descriptions and images are accurate but do not warrant they are error-free. Where a pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are accepted only after successful payment via our secure checkout, powered by Paystack. By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, affected by stock unavailability, or where payment cannot be verified. You will be notified promptly and refunded in full where applicable.
4. Delivery & Shipping
We deliver within Lagos State and to select locations across Nigeria. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone. Estimated timelines: • Lagos (within city): 1–3 business days • Outside Lagos: 3–7 business days • Store pickup (Trade Fair Complex, Lagos): 2–4 hours after order confirmation We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. A dispatch notification will be sent via SMS or email once your order is on its way.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of fragrance and personal care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Where a claim is valid, we will offer a replacement or full refund, processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use JoeHart Empire only for lawful purposes. You must not submit false or fraudulent orders, interfere with our systems, or use our content without authorisation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account found in violation of these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product images, logos, text, and design — belongs to JoeHart Empire or its brand partners and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. No content may be reproduced or used without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
